This ritual begins with the Baobab Ritual Collection opening journey: a warmed bed, bespoke aromatic steam inhalation, warming aromatherapy foot cleanse, and nourishing mud mask to the soles of the feet. A series of slow, grounding movements begin the treatment, including a rhythmic bear crawl technique applying firm, purposeful pressure to release tension and gently stretch the muscles. A warming de-stress muscle gel infused with lavender, ginger, black pepper, and rosemary eases muscular tension while stimulating circulation. A full body deep muscle massage follows, using slow, controlled techniques to target areas of tension and support recovery from fatigue. The ritual concludes with a focused scalp massage and refreshing cooling mist, leaving you clear, rebalanced, and re-energised.
